Words of Christ

Feast upon the words of Christ,
For they will tell you what to do.
The Holy Ghost gives them meaning
And also helps you follow through.

Be consistent. Never Waiver.
Always meditate and ponder.
Follow Christ and you will savor
Life's great prize. No need to wander.

Rex, Chaya, Catharina, Victoria and Ammon Anderson came to visit us at Camper World in Coalville, Utah. It was wonderful to have them with us. It doesn't take them very long to get here from their home in Kaysville, so they visit us from time to time. That way we don't feel all alone. This picture was taken on June 21, 2008.

LaRue and Carolyn Lunt are two of the missionaries who served with us in the temple in Cochabamba, Bolivia. They came at a time when we were desperately needing help. We have seen them a number of times since we served together and it is a great pleasure to be in their presence. This last time was at a missionary reunion in Salt Lake City on July 18, 2008. We have pictures of other missionaries who were there. We will try to include some of them. Lunts were with us from the last of May 2000 until October of 2000. They had helped open the temple in Bogota, Colombia. The Stapleys also came with them. We see the Stapleys quite often since they work in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Lunts have served at least two other missions since they were with us in Bolivia. They had served two or three missions before that. The Lord must surely be pleased with such service.

This picture was taken July 20, 2008, after Don and Karma Shakespear spoke in Sacrament Meeting about their mission. They served for three years in the Resistencia Argentine Mission as presidents. They are seen here with the missionaries who had served with them and came to be with them that Sunday. We built homes side by side in Bear River City, Utah. The next picture is of their nine children, four of which were born while we were there as neighbors. We have never had better neighbors and we can see that with such good people, the United Order would be very possible to live. The Shakespears are an example of how the gospel should be taught in the home and lived in every-day life.
