This picture was taken July 20, 2008, after Don and Karma Shakespear spoke in Sacrament Meeting about their mission. They served for three years in the Resistencia Argentine Mission as presidents. They are seen here with the missionaries who had served with them and came to be with them that Sunday. We built homes side by side in Bear River City, Utah. The next picture is of their nine children, four of which were born while we were there as neighbors. We have never had better neighbors and we can see that with such good people, the United Order would be very possible to live. The Shakespears are an example of how the gospel should be taught in the home and lived in every-day life.

Thank you for posting these photos. It was so wonderful to see you! As young as I was at the time, I always felt very loved and cared for with such good neighbors. My parents respected you and appreciated you tremendously (and still do), and all we children felt that.
