This picture of Walter Woolley was hanging in the front room of his daughter's home when we visited her in Glen Huon, Tasmania. Brother Woolley's children were very active in the church and were outstanding leaders. One of his descendents, Donald Arthur Woolley was one of the authors of the history of the LDS Church in Tasmania. The book has my father's name as one of the full-time missionaries who's name was found on the tithing rolls. It states that the missionaries had gainful employment at times to help support themselves so they paid tithing. Sister Lindy Prebble gave me a copy of the book.
