This is the first house that Bernice Powell Bingham's grandparents on her father's side built in Upton, Utah, on their homestead. Bernice's grandfather's name was Joseph Fredrick. Powell. He married Mary Rosetta Stevens. I think this old building should have been preserved. Bernice says that the tree in front that is now down on the ground was a gorgeous thing to behold.
